How AIRES Supports MBJB Enforcer
Smarter Routes, Smarter Enforcement: How AIRES Supports MBJB Enforcer, Muhamad Asyraf
I’ve been serving as an MBJB enforcer at the Permas Jaya branch for some time now, and I’ve witnessed how our work has evolved.
Before the Automated Intelligent Routing Enforcement System (AIRES), patrolling the city wasn’t always easy.
We often struggled with infrequent enforcement and limited coverage due to time constraints.
When AIRES came in, things became different. The system uses data and AI to plan our patrols and now my routes are clearer, smarter and more systematic.
Instead of relying on manual planning, I get optimized routes directly, covering more ground in less time.
What I appreciate most is the efficiency it brings. For me, enforcement is not just about speed, it's about fairness and consistency.
With AIRES, I can carry out my duties with confidence because the system supports me with real-time data and structured planning.
To me, AIRES is more than just another tool, it represents a new era of enforcement. It combines our human expertise with the intelligence of AI, creating a balance that helps us do our job better.
I’ve seen how it improves compliance, protects city revenue and pushes Johor Bahru closer to being a true smart city. AIRES has truly made enforcement smarter and for us enforcers on the ground, it’s not just helpful, it’s essential for the future of city management.
